Services

Areas of focus for deeper healing

Symptoms are usually the surface of something. My work goes underneath that: into the patterns, parts, and history actually running the show. If you want lasting change instead of a quick patch, this tends to fit. It asks more of you up front. It doesn’t hand you the same problem back in a different outfit six months later.

02Anxiety Therapy

For the mind that won’t stop bracing for what’s next, even when nothing’s actually wrong right now. Support named in everyday language, without reducing care to a clinical checklist. Learn more →

03Identity & Life Transitions

04Domestic Violence & Relational Trauma

How Elevated Perceptions is different

Care that moves at the speed of feeling safe

Therapy here isn't about rushing toward insight or forcing a breakthrough. It is about creating enough steadiness to notice what has been protective, what has become painful, and what may be ready to change.

01

Paced for safety

Trauma work begins with choice, consent, and enough stability to stay connected to the present.

02

Body-aware support

Sessions make room for nervous-system cues, sensations, and patterns that words alone may not explain.

03

Collaborative clarity

You will be invited into reflection, practical tools, and decisions about what feels useful for your own life.

Depth > quick fix.

Whitney has worked in the field for nearly a decade. She began in domestic violence work as an advocate, program manager, and court advocate before opening her private practice. She focuses on underlying patterns rather than symptom checklists, because meaningful change develops over time.
